Current diffoscope autopkgtest depends on mono-utils, a binary package
that is no longer built from src:mono ≥ 6.14.1+ds-3. It has been merged
into mono-devel binary package.
Changing the test dependency from:
mono-utils
to:
mono-devel (>= 6.14.1+ds-3) | mono-utils (<< 6.14.1+ds-3)
is one possible way to fix that.
Priority is set as "important" because the autopkgtest failure is
preventing mono migration to testing. On the other hand there is no
reason currently to rush mono migration to testing, so here important
does not imply urgent in any way.
