It does appear to imply that all the following changes are actually in the released version, which I don't think is actually correct. For example, I don't think "--auto-build" was part of reprotest 0.7, even if it was committed in the same week 0.7 was released ... ideally there would be an automated way to distinguish between commits not included in the released version and those that are.
