In addition to the specs below, the developer would have strong knowledge of VB6, ASP, javascript and HTML. Added bonuses would be XML, XSD experience and they must have Oracle experience. Finally demonstrated experience of writing functional specifications, technical specifications, gathering requirements and cognisant of the requirements / specifications process. Specific Skills Required for Position: Candidate must have MS.NET, expertise with Microsoft .NET Framework (3 years), XML and related technologies (3 years), Database design and implementation (5 years), internet technologies (3 years), Oracle 9.0 or higher expertise including creating procedures, packages and views. Additionally candidate must have Sybase experience creating procedures, triggers and maintainng referential integrity. They will need to have a strong knowledge of working with Oracle and Sybase Databases. Other skills needed are excellent written, typing and verbal communication skills.
