Windows Presentation Foundation using MVVM with ClickOnce deployment 4. Windows Communication Foundation 5. ImageGear (Accusoft) and DynamicPDF (CeTe) libraries for image manipulation or similar 6. Modern architecture and patterns (MVVM, Unity etc.) 7. SQL Server 2008 development skills (T-SQL, Triggers, SSIS) (Minimum 1 year) 8. Relational Database design (normalized models, data integrity, data encryption) (Min 1 yr) 9. Database project maintenance, database deployment, optimization and tuning skills Desired Skills OSS Domain Experience (part of evaluation criteria): 1. MBLS development experience. 2. Knowledge of OSS Business and Secured Filing System or similar Software development team experience (part of evaluation criteria): 1.
