Overview of Position: AIX Server support for SAP installations. Essential Functions: System Administrator for AIX server environment. This position will be responsible for Operating System configurations, installations, day to day activities, set up and maintenance of LPAR and VIO servers. Review and recommend any changes as necessary and work closely with application teams to ensure standards are maintained. Skill/Experience Requirements: Job requirements: pSeries experience with AIX OS 5.3. Experience with IBM Clustering, HACMP, installations and configurations. Experience with daily systems administration. Recent work with VIO and LPAR configuration. Individual must be self movtivated and diligent in their documentation of the environment.
