Job Description:

Client is seeking a Senior Microsoft CRM 4.0 consultant to provide 
customization, testing, deployment and initial administration of a Microsoft 
Dynamics CRM system, as well as mentoring departmental IT development staff. 
This deployment will replace the current marketing and sales application, 
SalesLogix, and will require conversion of existing workflows and data to the 
Microsoft Dynamics CRM system.  The deployed system will be integrated with 
Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007, Microsoft CRM 4.0 Web, CRM Outlook 
Client, C360 Core Productivity Pack and MobileAccess for Mobile CRM 
capabilities. Candidate must work onsite with project team. Scope of the 
Project 

 

·           Assist in the deployment of the Microsoft CRM products. 

·                 Design, documentation, configuration and deployment of the 
Microsoft Dynamics CRM system Includes customization of the CRM screen layouts 
through design sessions with users. Documentation for the designs approved and 
implemented Design, documentation, configuration and deployment of Microsoft 
SharePoint MOSS. Integration with CRM to leverage MOSS capabilities 

·                 Data conversion of data from several data sources 

·                 SalesLogix  SQL Server database 

·                 PeopleSoft Financials Contacts table à Oracle table 

·                 Client's Pension System Member table à Oracle table 

·                 Documented test plan, test data, expected results and actual 
results captured. 

·                 Execution of test plan and sign off of system test 
documentation. Setup of custom reporting per user requirements. The current CRM 
application has up to 100 reports that will need to be setup in the new CRM. 

·                 It is assumed that many of the out-of-the-box reports will 
replace many of the SalesLogix reports. 

·                 Integration with Client's systems, such as: PeopleSoft 
Financials à Contact table (to be kept in sync with the MS CRM) 

·                 FileNet  à Develop process with Scribe to migrate CRM data to 
FileNet records management system on demand 

·                 Outlook

·                 CISCO Unified Communications system  à configure 
click-to-call functionality and pop-up for Call Center 

·                 Blackberry Server à for MobileAccess CRM functionality 

·                 Client's custom pension administration system (MAPS) - Member 
table (CRM to pull data from Member table)   

·                 Configuration of 3 distinct setups for 3 separate work groups 

·                 Office of Marketing and Employer Services (OMES) 

·                 Office of Employee and Retiree Services (OERS)  à Call Center 

·                 Integration with PeopleSoft table, Pension system table and 
FileNet Experience: 

·                 Minimum four (4) years experience designing, developing and 
deploying Microsoft CRM solutions 

·                 Strong experience deploying Microsoft CRM 4.0 application 
integrated with MOSS 2007 

·                 Strong JavaScript experience in a Microsoft CRM environment 

·                 Experience with converting data to the Microsoft CRM database 

·                 Experience deploying and setting up C360 and MobileAccess 
tools 

·                 Experience using Scribe and integrating with FileNet 

·                 Strong Microsoft SQL Server knowledge 

·                 Strong experience installing, configuring and administering 
Microsoft CRM 4.0, including user accounts, profiles, roles, screen 
configurations and other security settings. 

·                 Excellent requirements gathering and workflow documenting 
skills 

·                 Strong experience with Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 

·                 Excellent team leadership and communication skills 

·                 Work independently and/or in conjunction with department 
technical staff on integrating and/or constructing a unique business 
applications 

·                 Ability to mentor client's existing IT staff on Microsoft CRM 
development and support 

·                 Demonstrated success developing an application utilizing 
Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 Primary role: This resource will be the sole 
developer for the Microsoft CRM deployment and configuration. The resource will 
work closely with the SharePoint consultant and project management consultant 
on this project.  The initial installation of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM will 
be a priority with the kickoff of this project.  The resource will be involved 
with ensuring the proper setup and integration with the MOSS application.  

 

Other responsibilities will include documentation and review of the 
configurations for all CRM screens with the users. Development/configuration of 
CRM reports per user requirements.   

 

Roles and responsibilities include: 

·                 Ensure Microsoft CRM deployment is complete. 

·                 Develop configuration requirements for screens through 
configuration review sessions. 

·                 Document client's configurations deployed to production. 

·                 Migration of data to Microsoft CRM. 

·                 Development of required reports. 

·                 Integration with MOSS. 

·                 Integration with PeopleSoft tables, Pension System tables and 
FileNet records management system. 

·                 Deployment and setup of C360 Core Productivity Pack. 

·                 Deployment and setup of MobileAccess with integration to 
Blackberry. 

·                 Deployment and setup of CTI with integration with CISCO 
Unified Communications. 

·                 Deployment and setup for Marketing and Sales department, as 
well as Call Center deployment. 

·                 Configuration of pop-up capabilities for Call Center.
