Please let me know if you have someone available for the below mentioned position of QA Tester (With Screen casting Software exp) at Trenton, NJ *Position Title* – QA Tester (With Screen casting Software exp) *Location* – Trenton, NJ *Duration* – 3 Months *Pay Rate* – $45/hour (All Inclusive on C2C) *Description* The Quality Assurance/Tester plans, constructs, and executes application test plans, creates training material, unit tests, integration, user acceptance, load tests, volume tests, network tests as well as works with others for release control processes Create test plans for unit testing and end user acceptance testing for the team. Assist in managing and directing test team processes. Create end user web based end user training and help desk material. Anticipate, identify, track and resolve issues and risks affecting own work and work of the Test and/or Application Teams. Develop contingency plans as necessary. Research problems before approaching the Team Lead or Test Team Lead for assistance. Assist or guide Testers as needed. Develop understanding of system business requirements supported by the Test team and use the requirements as input for developing test plans. Participate in application testing. Develop, update, and maintain testing standards and procedures. Resolve testing process questions / issues. Assist in the planning, creation, and control of the test environments. Conduct inspections; resolve issues. Coordinate and execute assembly or product tests with the Test Team, Application Team and the Program Manager. Work with Test Team members to enhance their testing skills and build technical and business knowledge. Update and test release installation procedures. Determine time estimates and schedule for work efforts. Schedule the design of structured walk-throughs; resolve issues. Work with users to ensure that solutions meet business requirements. Anticipate and resolve issues specific to the team. Determine time estimates and schedule for own work and resolve issues in a timely manner. Identify and track issues, risks and action items. Work with internal DHSS Staff to mentor them on best practices for testing/QA. Assist business analyst with user acceptance testing.
