Location : NYC,NY Rate : $45-48/hr Job Description & Required skills: Package and deploy Windows applications with WISE and LANDesk to locked-down PCs. · Create complex scripts using WinBatch and WISE. · Create and update tools with vendor products to assist clients with software installs and operating system installation. · Work with other technical and user groups to enhance and facilitate the use of automation tools and processes. · Develop innovative solutions for complex problems (typically involving a greater scope or complexity in terms of connectivity, users, platforms, etc. than the Analyst level). This will involve applications with a higher degree of customization, and integration with many other applications and packages. · Analyze current processes and procedures and provide input into the development of new ones. · Serve as escalation point for issues that cannot be resolved at the 1st and 2nd Tier Analyst level. · Assist, train, and coach less experienced staff on technical issues. · Perform related duties as assigned or requested. *A Package is either a vendor application or in-house developed application which has been "wrapped" in a software executable which provides a user-friendly automated installation.
