Overview of Responsibilities:
o Manage IT Infrastructure, tools, & applications
o Determine metrics, measurable processes, and operational policies
o Conduct data analysis, financial reporting
o Budget management activities
o Train users on tools, how to use the data, and how to leverage business
intelligence reports (VOD)
o Manage all web applications, web sites, wikis, and portals for World Wide
Partner Diversity Business Development
o Manage data integrity, reporting, and consolidated analytics
Required Skills:
o BS/BA degree and 5-10 years of relevant experience in the areas of supplier
diversity, business development, operations, IT, systems project management and
process improvement. MS/MA preferred.
o Must understand how to use technology to address project requirements and
business issues
o Must be able to translate business requirements into technology solutions
o Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills. Must be
able to communicate at all levels of the organization. Must be enthusiastic to
train and share information with othersMust poses superb skills in Power Point,
Excel, and MS Word, And Business Analyst ( Reporting Tool used at SPVTG)
o Understanding of financials and budget management
o Experience or passion with diverse owned businesses.
o Must be a team player, highly motivated, self starter
o Must be able to conduct oral presentations
