Some of the recent technical pieces have included: ETL, Data Warehousing, Data Profiling, Data Marts, Data Modeling, and SQL queries. Basically, what it comes down to is this: if the candidate lists an acronym or something technical on their resume, then prepare candidates that they need to be ready to answer questions about those items, otherwise we need to have them remove those terms from the resume. These folks do not necessarily need to come from a banking / financial background. 2) Secondly, they will consider candidates with a solid domain background in banking / financials, particularly if they have a background in loan / mortgage origination without the strong technical background, but having the ability to conduct SQL queries. Please keep in mind that the interview team will dig pretty deep on the banking acumen during these phone screens. 3 spots remain open, and the Program Manager has indicated that there are most likely more behind these openings in the near future.
