- Manage and troubleshoot file systems resides on local disks, over NFS (hard/soft, Direct or via Automount), iSCSI - Install, patch and upgrade OS software for AIX, Solaris and Red Hat Linux systems - Monitor and maintain UNIX systems and infrastructure services such as FTP, DNS, NIS, BIND, SMTP, MTAs, Majordomo, Veritas Cluster Server, Sendmail and syslog - Support infrastructure appliances devices such as IronPort and Infoblox - Install, manage and troubleshoot virtualized environment – Solaris global zone containers, AIX WPAR/LPAR and VIOs, VMware ESX - Maintain home grown scripts and IT related application which support infrastructure (for example HRAF, Majordomo, Sendmail) - Ensure that system documentation is kept up to date when changes are made in the environment - Using scripting languages (PERL, shell) to automate tasks -- - *Mayank Sharma* IDC Technologies Inc.
