*Job title: .Net WPF Developer Location: Indianapolis, IN Duration: 9+ Months Contract There are two main qualities that we are really looking for in the first developer. The first is that they need to have a good amount of experience with C#. The second is that they need to be a problem solver. We don't necessarily need someone that has worked with a lot of different technologies. I think we would feel more comfortable with someone whose resume doesn't focus as much on the different technologies they've used as much as the different problems they've solved. I suspect that this will be difficult to find, but I don't know that we'll feel good about selecting someone that doesn't have those things. While looking for this requirement do note that we will require someone who has experience in desktop application development, purely web based .Net/C# development will not work here.
