Position: Microsoft Dynamic CRM Developer
Location: Charleston, WV
Duration: 2 years
REQUIREMENTS
Experience
·Minimum of five years overall development experience with a minimum of two
years of experience in the development/deployment of applications using
Microsoft Dynamics CRM and with at least one year of that experience being in
the development of version 2011.
·Minimum of six months experience with Scribe is required.
·Candidates with experience in CRM 4.0 in addition to 2011 may be given
preference.
Educational requirements
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in MIS or related Computer Science field, a Master's
degree may be given preference.
Required Technical skills
·Knowledge of and experience with modern technologies such as .Net,
Silverlight, JavaScript, etc.
·Knowledge of and experience with MS Dynamics CRM and customizing CRM for
customer needs
·Knowledge of and experience MS Dynamics CRM Dialogs and Workflows
·Knowledge of and experience with MS Dynamics CRM Reporting
·Knowledge of and experience with MS Dynamics CRM Plugin development
·Knowledge of and experience with Scribe data migration
·Knowledge of and experience with MS Dynamics CRM 2011
·Knowledge of and experience with MS Dynamics CRM 2011 Outlook client
·Knowledge of and experience with MS Dynamics CRM 2011 Internet Facing
Deployment configuration
·Knowledge of and experience with the integration of MS Dynamics CRM 2011 and
SharePoint 2007 and 2010 document libraries
Required "Soft" skills (communication skills, analysis skills, team experience)
·Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills
·The ability to translate complex technical information into easily
understandable language/documentation.
·The ability to work in a team environment. (This position requires the
individual to work closely and support peer programmers, systems
analysts and DBAs in order to design and develop the most efficient web sites
and applications possible for the organization.
·Willingness to accept a variety of assignments (from analysis to maintenance)
with equal enthusiasm.
·Must be able to work independently or with minimal guidance.
Duties and Assignment
·Duties will include all aspects associated with administration and
development, maintenance and support, including coding and testing,and, if
necessary, analysis and design. Contractor will be expected to attend user and
staff meetings as needed or required.
