(Highest Priority) Assignments will include working as an individual contributor with hands on development while serving as a technical lead. This role requires excellent Java/J2EE developer skills in IBM Web Sphere application server environment. Strong oral and written communication, relationship management and conflict resolution skills are a must. The ideal candidate will be an energetic and resourceful team-player who can comfortably work with a distributed team.
