These documents will be used to complete the development of the Multi-Channel platform. Documentation is needed. The Hiring Manager will be doing designs, and this Resource will need to be able to take the high level designs and get them documented, and get with an individual Developer(who will be a Cobol Developer) getting details that are needed. This Resource will then bring them back to the Hiring Manager and get any issues addressed in technical format so that a developer can get back for an actual build.
