As SME the onsite lead will be participating in various discussions related to new project planning, architecture design and review discussions , end to end system testing daily status meeting creating functional or technical documents(recently architecture the DR test for Jigsaw) etc . Participate in change review process • Production deployment of patches and fixes. • Debugging the code to resolve issues. • Working on high priority service requests related to DB2 table updates • Implementing all the updates for service requests through ROSCOE job. • Prepare and maintain the status reports • Provide On call support from onsite whenever required.
