Agile Coach Base Requirements Provides process and technical direction to project managers and others, which may involve acting as a scrum coach Consults on and utilizes latest rapid development or other non-sequential project methodologies Serves as subject matter expert on Agile development methods and processes Maintain relevant metrics that help the team see how they are doing Provide instruction and training to software development teams in the area of agile software principles Facilitate sprint planning and retrospective Assist the product owner with keeping the backlog groomed Ensure cross-team coordination Coach and mentor other scrum masters Possesses most skills of the traditional project manager Provides clear concise communication with project team members Strong vertical and horizontal communication skills b. Agile Coach III 5+ years in financial services industry Deep experience with XP and RAD/JAD Experience leading projects using formal project management methodologies preferred Demonstrated analytical experience Experience leading projects using formal project management methodologies desired Excellent - strategic application of experience Project management tools experience preferred Ability to effectively communicate across multiple levels (Executive Sponsors to team members) Proven ability to lead a diverse group towards resolution when faced with ambiguous situation Scrum Master is required to facilitate EDS Retail team in Delaware.
