*Title: Agile Coach* *Location: CA - San Francisco* *Duration: 6+ months* *Client: CSC* *Job Summary:* Seeking a program manager to join our Enterprise Transformation Architecture and Coaching team in PayPal Technology. Successful candidate will combine a passion for helping people transform their workplace through Agile adoption with an ability to organize and direct the efforts of seasoned coaching professionals. Exceptional interpersonal skills, initiative and integrity required. Responsibilites: Maintain a backlog of well written user stories for coaching and training opportunities Drive multiple, simultaneous efforts in a servant leadership manner Analyze change management scenarios and collaborate with others in recommending a solution Must be good in Scrum, KanBan and ScrumBan. Additional flavors of agile is a plus.
