   - *More than 8+ years of VLSI industry experience.*
   - *Should have Expertise in FPGA design, FPGA synthesis and Place &
   Route tools.*
   - *Should have very good exposure to RTL design and implementation for
   FPGA.*
   - *Should be good at FPGA concepts and FPGA internal architecture.*
   - *Able to handle the technical issues of customer related to their
   existing FPGA design.*
   - *Should have handled various RTL design development, RTL coding, FPGA
   synthesis and place and Route.*
   - *Should be very good in mail and Tele-conference based communication.*
   - *Should have handled customer front end roles and responsibilities.*
