*Duration: 9 months Rate: $50/Hr on CTC* *Need H1-B Copy at the time of submission* Typically 4 - 6 years of specific LOB or Technology experience. *Job Description * As a Business Systems Analyst II (BSA), located in Pittsburgh, under general supervision, formulates and defines systems requirements for moderately complex system enhancement requests. May also be responsible for a component of a large complex project. The incumbent should be familiar with systems development methodologies and the systems development life cycle. Under the direction of more experienced business system analysts, the incumbent’s responsibilities include analysis of business and user needs, documenting requirements, revising existing system requirements (as necessary) and performing system testing. Interacts with service partners to coordinate the development, analysis, testing, and implementation of requests for service and key business initiatives. Identifies and summarizes system and data considerations as business problems and project requirements are refined. Experience and knowledge to understand the business implications of the application of technology to the current business environment. Equivalent additional experience accepted in lieu of education. Basic understanding of business systems and industry requirements. Experience writing and documenting requirements and following project life cycle methodologies. Excellent communication, facilitation and elicitation skills. Sound planning and organizational skills. Experience in working with Oracle Database and associated Software access tools: OBIEE, Cognos, Toad and SQL. Experience with creating and using buttons in Lotus Notes without Domino Designer a plus.
