*Role : Office 365 Migration ExpertLocation : Phila, Pa.Duration : 9-12 monthsStart : ASAP* Need Contractors to help support their O365 migration efforts. This person would be integral to helping schools and centers prepare for the move by creating training materials and documentation for LSPs; would be available to join and work as a member of thw Support Team currently in the project structure; would assist others in Client Care troubleshooting and manage incidents related to O365; and would be a dedicated resource for “Rapid Response” efforts (post- migration onsite support for schools and centers). Our preferred candidate would have: · Support-level knowledge of mail/calendaring/contacts and would be able to provide tier1/tier2 support related to O365 issues · Configuration experience with multiple mail clients (multiple versions of Office and others like Thunderbird) · Deep troubleshooting and research skills · Account administration experience · Excellent customer service and soft skills · Excellent written and oral communications skills · Migration experience (highly desirable). · Experience supporting on premises Exchange (desirable). · Experience in a higher education or other distributed environment (desirable).
