This includes understanding the existing business model for the legacy system & defining the rules and processes for the new solution that will replace it. The output should be in the form of task categorization and prioritization and a well-defined business roadmap. - Document the reporting/analytics requirements in terms of reports/dashboards and KPIs – business definition and formulas, data sources, data ingestion and transformation rules - Perform data profiling and data analysis activities to look for relationships, gaps, trends and data health in general. - Document and execute acceptance test cases for data quality and reporting - Document and maintain business glossary, use cases and business scope of the solution - Define & draw data transformation & business workflows *Experience required: - At least 3 years of domain experience with some of these: financial services campaigns and consumer behavior understanding credit reports and credit scores knowledge about different models used for credit rating calculation for e.g. FICO relevance of the various data points that are used for credit rating calculation understanding of ICFR regulations and guidelines, and auditing rules - Experience with databases is mandatory, and should have worked with data exploration/testing using SQL queries (or similar)- Exposure to cloud based solutions built using big data technologies is highly desirable.- Experience with BI projects and analytics: KPI reporting, querying and data analysis, dashboard design.- Excellent communication skills to interact with cross functional team on client side and provide functional guidance and expertise to customers, developers, QA team and management- Proficient with standard documentation tools (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio)- Experience with working with geographically distributed teams.
