*Requisition Details:*


   - Development,Migration Upgrade experience on Microfocus enterprise
   server 6.0  2.3  Developer tools,
   - Hands-On experience on databases,
   - Capable to do development on Microfocus cobol,
   - Extensive knowledge on JCL, Copybooks, JCL, Procs  control cards, BMS
   Maps,
   - Knowledge and understanding on Microfocus Migration tools  IDE,
   - Very proficient in written  verbal communication,

*Primary Skills:*

   - Microfocus cobol, JCL,Microfocus Enterprise server 6.0,Migration or
   upgrade experience.
   - Should be a good Team Player  ready to work under pressure, at times
   ready to extend working hours.
   - Interpretation and write up of business requirements and program
   specifications.
   - Requirement analysis and component design including detailed design.
   - Software development and configuration Creation and validation of test
   plans, Code reviews of own and others work, Ensuring adherence to coding
   standards and guide, Unit, integration and regression testing
   ,Co-ordinating and providing implementation support, Help desk and end user
   training during implementation, Help desk support following implementation
