approval.
· Knowledgeable regarding NEPA/SHPO compliance requirements and
processes.
· Experience working with tenants, communications engineers and
attorneys in the production of lease agreements.
· Vendor and contract management

· Wireless communications site management.
· Interpersonaland communications skills.
· Negotiation skills.
· Supervisory skills.
· Project management, including all phases and elements of planning
and execution.
