Title: *Sr.QA Analyst with PARASOFT within Agile SDLC* Location: *Herndon, VA* Duration : 6 Months *Experience**: **10+Years* *Job Description* Job Requirements § 5+ years of experience in development and/or QA automation. § Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Quality Assurance processes and methodologies. § Must have 3 + years of experience with in automation test frameworks, such as Data-driven, Keyword-driven Automation framework. § Strong XML generation and manipulation skills, and web services § Create, review, validate and maintain a comprehensive regression test suite § Must be familiar with standard testing and defect management tools (QC/ALM Preferred). Required Skills - Must Have § Experience with JavaAPI/soapUI /Parasoft *is a must* § 2+ years working experience of hands on Parasoft SOATest Middleware testing toolset § Must have 3 + year of experience with web service testing(SoapUI, Client Service Test, SOAtest) Desired Experience/Skills § Need a solid senior resource Responsibilities § Design and develop QA load / automation tools and test frameworks § Collaborate with developers and QA leads to improve testability, automation, and tools § Work with the team to increase the test coverage using Java, Ruby and Parasoft § Lead and execute both testing and releases during all stages of development § Work with development and operations to improve efficiency and effectiveness of automation § Design and execute test plans, scenarios and script § Document software defects, using a bug tracking system, and report defects. § Plan test schedules or strategies in accordance with project scope or delivery dates. § Use Scrum methodology and participate in all phases of the iterative process. § Monitor bug resolution efforts and track successes. § Define test parameters, design tests, interpret test results and analyze test trends. § Ensure the team strives to make each increment of functionality potentially shippable. § Manage test platforms as the primary QA environment steward. § Support Client and Vendor integration testing as part of bring-on activities for new applications. § Support the UAT environment and UAT tests.
