*Position Role               : EUC / Touch service support (System
Administrator )  *

*Assignment Location   : Montvale, NJ*

*Project Duration           : 12+ months*





*REQUIREMENT:*



Min 7-10 years of experience in EUC / Touch service support

Good knowledge on EUC with client side backup and Antivirus

ITIL Certification is must

Experience with ITIL compliance ticketing tool

Knowledge and understanding of ITIL and service management process

Confident in supporting VIP users

Basic knowledge on datacenter management Knowledge on building and
deploying custom image for Laptop & DesktopPeople / vendor Management
skillsEnsure all agreed and defined SLAs/KPIs are adhered Basic knowledge
in managing infrastructure projects

Provide Touch services for Enterprise Services (Server Environment, Data
Centre equipment, N/w. Devices etc.) Manage site specific Documents, Vendor
contacts and Escalations, Application Installation Documents

Providing support for infrastructure devices (IP phones, Video Conference,
audio devices)



Governance & Reporting

Drive weekly onsite team meetings Drive collaborative meetings with support
towers / vendors for onsite related activities Ensure delivery of weekly
Service review with customer

People management

Regular Interaction with VIP users, key business users & vendors to build
healthy working relationship Vendor management Inventory management /
Update CMDB Identify / work on Service improvements

Prepare / ensure documents related to onsite team are up-to-date (SOP,
Inventory, TGB office locations etc.) Manage Escalations & VIP issues for
resolution
