LCAT: Systems Engineers – Level II A SOA Developer to operate and maintain an Internet-facing citizen engagement system using SOA services to connect vetting and credentialing systems across the federal government *Key Responsibilities:* · ? Applicant must be proficient in the use of Java Spring and will be expected to share this · knowledge across the team. · ? Build and Test interfaces for SOA Integrations using Oracle fusion middleware SOA suite and · service bus (OSB) · ? Gathering business and technical requirements for communication between the CRM and other · legacy and external systems *Minimum skills and qualifications:* *? US Citizenship required. No Dual Citizens* · ? 2 or more years of recent Web service development experience using Oracle SOA suite 11g · (BPEL, and OSB) · ? 2 or more years’ experience using Linux · ? 4 years or more of IT Delivery and/or Operations experience · ? Possess excellent verbal and written communications skills · ? Excellent organizational and time-management skills · ? Bachelor’s Degree or 4 additional years’ experience in lieu of degree · ? Able to work flexible schedule/weekends if needed · ? Must be able to obtain a Public Trust *Preferred skills and qualifications:* · ? Knowledge of Oracle database, SQL and PL/SQL. · ? Familiarity with Apache/Tomcat · ? Familiary with Oracle WebLogic · ? Familiarity with Java Spring · ? experience with other open-source components a plus, including Gradle, Activiti / jBPM, jQuery, · MuleSoft, Geb and Spock · ? Experience with several components in our open-source and enterprise software stack is · desired, including Javascript (AngularJS and Bootstrap), Spring MVC developed with STS, · MongoDB and Oracle, Selenium, and both RESTful and SOAP-based Web services · ? Experience with automated testing · ?
