Providing Tier III support during off hours and weekends on a rotating on-call schedule. Developing reports to indicate storage performance, capacity, usage, cost, etc. Assisting in the evaluation, design, testing, and implementation of current and future enterprise storage hardware and software. 8 -10 years of experience with EMC and IBM enterprise storage system management software. Experience with Cisco MDS fabric management and FC, FCOE architectures. Experience with Veritas NetBackup management and dreduplication technologies. Experience administering enterprise & mid-tier storage subsystems and understanding of concepts such as split-mirror, snapshot backups and remote storage replication.
