Position :Java Developer Location : Roseland, NJ Duration: 6 Month Contract Need Locals Job Description: Strong experience with Java, J2EE, JSF, SOAP, JWS, WSDL, OOAD and multi-tier software architecture; 3+ years hands on experience developing Web application using Java technology including JSP, Servlets, Java Beans, and JDBC, XML, XSL, XSLT, and Java based XML API's; Working knowledge of Eclipse IDE is preferable. Understanding the basics of multi-threaded application development is a must. Knowledge of data binding technologies like Castor is a preferred. Familiarity with application servers (Weblogic, WebSphere, iPlanet, Oracle Application Server, etc.); Hands-on technical expertise in MQ Series, XML, HTML, ISAPI, and relational databases (Oracle preferred). Thorough understanding of software development processes, methodologies and knowledge of the complete product development life cycle. Experience in either RUP and associated tools(Rational Clearcase, Clearquest) or a set of basic tools (ANT, korn-shell, awk, CVS) is desired. 1+ years Unix/Linux experience desirable. Experience with application deployment is a plus.
