Solid understanding of best practices for UX/UI design 11. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel 12. Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) 13. Ability to write technical documentation in a clear and concise manner. 14. Ability to write and execute test plans 15.
