*HERE IS WHAT THEY WILL BE DOING:*

   - This person will be coming in to do an evaluation of the UCCX
   environment and provide recommendations.  Then propose any redesign
   necessary and lead the engineering efforts.
   - Automating roll outs of a call center
   - Helping to define the future architecture of the voice environment
   (potentially UCCE, person does not have to have exp with UCCE but it will
   be a plus)
   - Help current voice engineer throughout the process; they don’t want
   someone to come in and do everything and leave with no knowledge transfer
   - Clean up of current UCCX environment

Current Project in addition to the above responsibilities:

   - CLIENT IS going to be converting their NTW warehouses to call centers
   (NTW is a brand under the parent company umbrella)
   - Example: Customer calls an agent and needs to purchase tires; Agent
   then opens order with warehouse employee and tires are shipped out ASAP
   - Right now they are running this as a POC to roll out call center
   agents at these locations

*Job Summary:*

The Network Engineer III – Voice, assists senior personnel in maintaining
the corporate-wide telecommunications environments while owning all Voice
related activities.

*Duties/Responsibilities: *

   - Under general direction, evaluates, designs highly technical and
   complex aspects of data and voice telecommunication systems. Participates
   in network system recovery efforts and assist security personnel in
   monitoring and reporting network access violations
   - Deliver best in class architectural models and plans to drive the use
   of advanced technology to enhance the customer experience, reduce costs and
   advance business direction
   - Provide Tier 4 support to the operations center
   - Demonstrated broad knowledge as it relates to skills-based routing,
   computer telephony integration, agent monitoring, call recording, work
   force management, reporting and integration with other applications such as
   CRM solutions
   - Design and deployment of contact center technologies on a converged
   MPLS data network supporting VoIP and SIP
   - Ability to design call flows, create applications, implement, and
   document.
   - Extensive experience of planning and managing systems to deliver both
   standard telephony and call center features, specifically exposure to
   server and gateway technology, as well as legacy TDM systems
   - Familiarity with MPLS converged networks
   - Familiarity of QoS in large environments
   - Familiarity with firewalls, IDS/IPS, and Cisco LWAP solutions a plus
   - Documentation skills in Visio a requirement.
   - Ability to create end user documents for call center rollouts.
   - Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information

*Qualifications/Requirements:*

   - At least 5 years experience in designing, installing, and configuring
   Cisco IPT solutions with Cisco Unified Communications Manager
   (CallManager), Cisco Unity, and IPCC
   - At least 5 years experience in presenting complex topics to technical
   and non-technical client staff and executives
   - At least 5 years experience in SIP, H.323 and MGCP voice protocol
   configuration experience
   - At least 5 years experience in configuring and troubleshooting Voice
   Gateways/Gatekeepers
   - Solid Cisco Voice Skills (Call Manager, Unity, UCCX, IPCC Express,
   etc.)
   - At least CCNA/CCNP voice certification
   - Solid MS Office proficiencies and documentation skills
