Must interface with internal business customer, IT teams, and external vendor(s) to appropriately size and implement the project goals within the guidelines of the technical requirements and guidelines of the IT organization. Requires ability to give written and verbal presentations to both technical and non-technical groups. Must work closely with the IT project manager to determine appropriate technical solution and develop detailed and achievable plan to meet specified delivery dates and budgets. Responsible for the co-ordination of all technical activities for the project, including the identification of risks and issues for escalation. *Technical Skills and Experience: * Required : 5 years experience in business applications development, including application programming interfaces. 5 years Java and J2EE experience, Sun certification preferred 5 years JavaScript experience 3 years systems analysis and requirements specification 3 years Web applications architecture and design/programming 3 years experience working with RDBMS (Oracle, SQL, DB2) architectures 3 years verifiable experience leading complex technical projects spanning multiple business units.
