Duties / Responsibilities: a.. Architecture, Design, and Engineering / Development b.. Project Leadership c.. Unit and System Testing d.. Analysis and documentation Skill Requirements: a.. 5+ years of experience as a Sr. Architect involved with architecture and design of massive transaction based systems b.. Working experience designing and architecting large global applications and have solved problems that arise after deployment c.. Strong experience with various design patterns, methodologies, technologies, standards, etc. d.. Experience working with onshore and offshore teams e.. Expertise with taxonomy and classification, meta data f.. 3+ years as a lead developer for Flex based projects g.. 3+ years experience desiging complex applications in Flex (1.0 or 1.5 preferred) h.. 4+ years of Object Oriented ActionScript experience i.. Working experience with Flex, Remoting, etc. j.. 3+ years experience with consuming XML within Flex k.. Expert experience in documenting Flex functionality l.. Experience in working with Content Management Systems in relation to Flex m.. Strong experience in bandwidth optimization of SWF's (Swift Files) and related assets n.. Expert knowledge of ActionScript 2.0, Flash and ActionScript 3.0 experience o.. Proven ability to work with and provide leadership to all members of a diverse project team p.. Content management q.. System Architecture r.. Experience drafting requirements and functional specifications s.. Proven ability to lead technical projects and technical teams t..
