Description This role will work directly for the overall project manager to help provide team leadership in the areas of project delivery compliance and work on specific project delivery as follows: ** o Supervise 1-4 people directly depending upon the phase of the project ** o Coach entire project team on client best practices and the need to follow standard delivery methodologies ** o Help determine the appropriate application of the client standards for the project. ** o Manage requirements phase of project which includes ensuring proper workplans are in place and that the entire team is completing deliverables according to client standards including those specific to local deployment teams ** o Ensure proper detailed conduct of the requirements phase and directly collecting requirements with respect to the client-owned integration scope of the solution ** o Manage design phase of the project including working with the Process lead peer to ensure that process and functional designs are completed with appropriate reviews and coordination. ** o Ensure proper status reporting was being conducted across the global and local project teams ** o Raise delivery issues and risks to the project manager; help implement resolutions or mitigations ** o Lead and manage testing phases of the project including any Assembly Test needed, Product and User Test, and Operational Readiness Test ** o Participate in deployment activities and support the design of the solution during post go-live Thanks & Regards, Mohan Rao, [EMAIL PROTECTED], 847-483-8844.
