* DESCRIPTION Tester is responsible for participating in all phases of the software testing process from requirements analysis through project implementation. The tester will create, review and execute test cases that ensure the software program performs according to business requirements and technical specifications. Designs, writes and implements testing cases and SQL queries Creates, reviews, validates and maintains a comprehensive regression test suite Executes testing suite, reporting results and issues in a timely and accurate manner Reports and tracks problems by providing reproducible test cases and working with other product team members to close problem reports Conduct root cause analysis of identified defects, providing development/business partners with sufficient detail to understand, replicate and resolve Be able to track and document project progress on milestones and deliverables REQUIRED SKILLS Intermediate/Advanced ETL Intermediate/Advanced Ab Initio Advanced SQL Intermediate/Advanced Unix Intermediate Autosys Strong testing background with a strong understanding of the SDLC *HARRY WILSON | * IT Technical Recruiter *CAT Technology Inc.
