This includes systems analysis, programming and implementation processes. *Responsibilities:* • Participates in gathering functional requirements • Participates in unit testing • Plays a significant role in resolving implementation issues • Provides problem-solving and technical support in Accruent • Basic understanding of integration with other application including SAP • Interacts with users to improve system utilization *Skill Level Technical Skills:* A minimum of 1-3 years experience using the following technologies • Accruent Security • SQL Server experience • ERP experience • Visio/Skelta Experience • Java – Integrations • Web Services *Functional Skills:* A minimum of 1-3 years experience with at least 2 of the following Accruent areas • Lease Administration • Project Management • Facilities • Market Planning • Centers *Other Skills:* • Minimum 1-3 years Accruent production support experience • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
