Creates management reports and presentations to keep senior leadership up to date on schedule, budget, and deliverable status. · Collects, organizes, and escalates project issues and risks. · Aids the Business Unit or Functional Group with creation of mitigation plans · Creates and maintains collaboration environments for projects, using SharePoint or similar software. · Responsible for creating and organizing project work papers for validation and compliance traceability (when required) · Facilitates meetings with department leadership team on project status and discuss project issues. · Facilitates meetings with project managers to collect status and discuss project issues. · Maintain and improve master program/portfolio plan in MS Project · Trains BD associates on use of PPM tools and helps support PPM tool usage · Help on documenting policies and procedures to be used as best practice for firm-wide PPPM approach and methodologies. *Required Skills: * · 4 years’ experience leading/managing projects from start to finish for an enterprise service organization (not IT centric only) · Must have been primarily responsible for a multi-project program plans as a Program or Project Manager · Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), MS Project or Project Server. · Experience working in mid/large complex and diverse environments · Ability to work in San Antonio, TX with ability to speak & write fluent English. · Ability to travel up to 25% within continental US. · Must have PMP certification make sure the cert is real!!!!! *Preferred Skills: * · HR, Payroll, and/or Total Rewards experience is a plus · Six Sigma certification as Green or Black belt · History working within a shared services or BPO organization · Demonstrated experience with more than one industry type including consulting experience · Experience training, mentoring, and/or coaching new project managers experience in medical device or pharma · SAP, SharePoint, Access, Excel, Power Point, Visio, MS Project ------------ Warm Regards, *Taraka Sudheer* *Executive Staffing* *Software Technology Inc.,* 100 Overlook Center , Suite 200, Princeton, NJ 08540 *Tel:* (609) 434 - 8003 *Fax:* (866) 608-6686||*E-mail:* taraka.sudh...@stiorg.com ||*Web: * www.stiorg.com This is not an unsolicited mail.
