*Title: BA with Testing * *Location: Albany, NY* *Duration: 1-2 Years* *Mandatory: **7-8 Years of US experience is required* *Interview type: **F2F required* *This position will involve development and/or maintenance of system documentation including business requirements, project process documentation, use case documentation, test plans and/or scripts, training plans, quality assurance and contingency operation plans, and reports, and require execution of test plans and/or scripts. * *This individual will be expected to provide expertise and hands-on participation in the following activities:* · *Elicit business system requirements using one or more of the following methods: analyze current processes, interview users, conduct JAD sessions or group meetings, review/analyze existing documentation or system artifacts.* · *Analyze and document business processes (both ‘as is’ and ‘to be’ processes)* · *Develop or maintain system requirements in detailed, clear and well organized functional documents (business requirements documents, business or system use cases, reports) and/or process flow diagrams.* · *Develop or maintain test plans and detailed test cases. Develop or maintain training or user acceptance testing plans and Tier 1support guides.* · *Analyze system documentation and system artifacts to develop an understanding of the associated business process.* · *Develop detailed functional and system tests from documented system requirements. Ensure appropriate test coverage by mapping system requirements to test cases. Develop or contribute to the development of regression tests and/or user acceptance tests.* · *Execute functional and system tests, including regression tests.
