Significant client interaction both written and verbal with limited supervision. Responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships. Participates in pager/on-call support, deployment of production releases, and introduction of new services into production environment. Helps identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities. Regularly peer reviews the work of others and frequently mentors others.
