The plan would entail implementing and configuring the new release,
documenting the method for upgrading artifacts created in Release 7 to be
used in Release 9,
Identifying any changes needed to the production workflow, assessing the
impact on the development and production technical environment, defining a
training plan for developers and developing a plan for the migration.
