Provide technical direction and guidance to the Execution Team to implement the complete GRC functionality in ServiceNow Convert the user stories into technical specifications Identify any gaps and risks with the current implementation and make recommendations towards resolving them Perform all admin related activities on GRC in ServiceNow (Example: Plugin Activation, Roles, Groups and Entities Configuration). Execute/implement all design elements based on the technical requirements Implement 3rd party integrations on need basis (example: UCF) Acts as a Risk Consultant and defines the functional specifications. Recommends industry best practices on GRC. Leads the workshop sessions with Business stakeholders and other ERIE teams to document the as-is processes. Make informed recommendations on the most appropriate, efficient, and cost-effective solution based on the customer requirements and the statement of work by doing thorough research, industry practices, and platform outlook. Identify the overall scope, solution approach, business dependencies, and work with PMs on high-level execution plan and support in identifying required skills and ROM efforts. Share technical guidance, expertise, and knowledge to customers as well as to the team; ensure positive / healthy relationship with stakeholders. *Mandatory Skills:* Hands-on experience on at least 2 implementations on GRC. ServiceNow GRC module implementation experience will include Risk Management, Audit Management, Policy Management, Policy Exceptions Management, Controls Management, Vendor Risk Management & Security Modules, etc. Experience in a techno-functional roles as an Architect and a GRC SME Experience and knowledge in IRM Setup and Readiness including data set up. Also familiarity and experience with Unified Compliance Framework Integration. Overall 10+ years of IT & 7+ years of experience in ServiceNow platform administration & Development experience. Hands-on experience in configuring Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Scripts, UI Actions, UI Pages, Script Includes, Access Control Lists, complex workflows, and solution migration to higher environments. Creates business and technical design specifications for implementation of the ServiceNow Platform. Design data models and architecture required to implement solutions using technology-specific best practices and standards. Define and/or refine agile User Stories to accurately document with the appropriate level of technical detail for a developer to implement. Provide leadership in prioritizing and streamlining development and support activities. Support and coordinate scheduling and execution of releases, product upgrades, and new technology deployments. Produces and maintains detailed system documentation including design specs, maintenance, troubleshooting, deployment, best practices, checklists etc. Experience in implementing scripted Web services in ServiceNow, SOAP, REST, and integrations with external system using connectors would be given more preference.
