*Job Title:* Telecom Domain- Service Delivery Project Coordinator

*Location:* KY, TN, OK (day 1 Onsite)
*Duration:* Long Term Contract



*BASIC   FUNCTION*

The Service Delivery Project Coordinator will assist the Project
Management Team with the

Customer Experience. This includes but not limited to initial customer
contact, education, and

ongoing updates.  At times, the PC may be involved in some Project
Manager tasks. The SDPC

can follow detailed directions, handling multiple, concurrent, tasks,
and can reprioritize focus as

needed.

before the issue

d.Ability to orientate and adapt to the client environment and to make
the service

delivery meet the business objectives.





*QUALIFICATIONS*

*∙Minimum of 1 year of data entry experience*

*∙Customer service experience*

∙Experience using Microsoft Office
