Describe the enhancement and the motivation for it.
I'm working on an enhancement where a div that includes the issue-state
(and thus the above icon) is 'highlighted' in blue, which makes this
background very noticeable. It seems like most of the other icons already
have transparent backgrounds.
What operating system are you using? What browser?
Windows 7 - Chrome 17.0.963.46 beta-m
