RBTools 0.7.2
What's the URL of the page containing the problem?

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create changes in existing file
2. Commit file to git.
3. Execute rbt post
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected output is a new review board review is created and a diff is
uploaded of the existing file and the new modified file.
Bellow is the debug log of what I see:
