I'm not an FC user so I can't comment on it. I had great success with the LTS Server version of Ubuntu. Just a bunch of "apt" calls. The wiki does have some mention on this I think. However this could be an opportunity for some enterprising person to offer (fee base) ReviewBoard hosting.
