I believe we have a bug filed for this somewhere, but yes, it's a known
problem.
The administrator of the site can temporarily fix this by running:
rb-site manage /path/to/site fixreviewcounts
That doesn't mean it won't happen again, though.
We'll put out a release once we figure it out.
