Hi,

Can you provide the following information? It'll help us determine where
things are going wrong.

1) What version of RBTools and Review Board are you using?
2) Can you show me the exact command line of a failed upload?
3) Can you run that command line with the --debug argument and show the
entire debug output?
4) What's your upstream origin branch? Is it origin/master, or something
else?
5) What's in your .reviewboardrc?
