I'm getting this error on our production RB server. We are using P4 with LDAP authentication.
SCMError: [P4#run] Errors during command execution( "p4 login" ) [Error]: "Fatal client error; disconnecting!\nOperation 'client-SetPassword' failed.\nToo many trys to get lock /opt/apps/reviewboard/rbinstall/review-board.xxxxxxxx.com/data/.p4tickets.lck."
