Hi, It's unclear if you're trying to upgrade the Review Board product or the Apache web server, but the commands you're running will only upgrade Review Board, and the versions you're giving are for Apache.
You'll need to reach out to Bitnami about this. They're in a better position to help, since it's a very custom environment they've put together, and we don't have much insight into it.
