Hi, Sorry for the delay in replying. "rbcommenttype" is a package in the Python package index, so it's installed the same way as any other python package (using pip or easy_install). It's true that the readme has "sudo" but you should be able to just run "pip install rbcommenttype" or "easy_install rbcommenttype" and it should do the right thing on Windows, assuming Python is set up correctly.
